Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GoalDNA (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including club administrators, coaches, players, and guardians.
Description of Service
GoalDNA provides a club management platform for soccer organizations, including tools for workspace management, team organization, scheduling, communication, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
Account Registration
To use GoalDNA, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Workspace and User Roles
Club administrators who create workspaces are responsible for managing user access and permissions within their organization. By inviting users to a workspace, administrators confirm they have appropriate authority to do so. Users agree to use the Service only in accordance with the permissions granted by their workspace administrator.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use GoalDNA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload malicious code or content
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to GoalDNA. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide and improve our services. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.
Payment Terms
If GoalDNA offers a paid plan or paid feature, applicable fees will be described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in the related purchase terms.
Intellectual Property
GoalDNA and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GoalDNA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
GoalDNA is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoalDNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
