GoalDNA is designed for soccer clubs and organizations that need to coordinate people, schedules, teams, matches, training, communication, and guardian visibility. This policy explains the kinds of information we collect and how we use it to provide the service.
Information we collect
We may collect account details, club or organization details, team and roster information, schedule and event data, player context provided by authorized users, guardian links, and communications sent through the platform.
How we use information
We use information to provide GoalDNA, maintain workspace access, support role-aware visibility, send service updates, respond to requests, improve product reliability, and protect against unauthorized access or misuse.
What guardians can see
Guardians can see linked-player context where configured, such as relevant schedule visibility and team communication. Guardian access is intentionally scoped and is not the same as director, staff, coach, or admin access.
What guardians cannot see
Guardians should not receive internal club administration views, workspace settings, unrelated player data, staff-only discussions, or other information outside their configured linked-player context.
Who controls workspace data
Club administrators and authorized workspace owners are responsible for managing membership, roles, invitations, roster information, and linked-player visibility inside their organization.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers to operate the product, support communication, host the service, respond to support requests, and maintain security and reliability.
Security posture
We use practical technical and organizational safeguards for a modern web product, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us quickly if you believe your account or workspace access has been misused.
